Since 2004, he has been a founding partner of Consilia BM, a consulting firm specializing in corporate governance and risk management. He also teaches Compliance and Risk Management at the University of Insubria in Varese. |

Alessandro Guzzini is the Chief Executive Officer of FinLABO SIM and a member of the Investment Committee. He graduated with honors in Engineering and earned an MBA from ISTAO Business School. He began his career as a management consultant before co-founding Finlabo in 2005 with Anselmo Pallotta. He is a member of the Italian Association of Financial Analysts (AIAF) and serves as a director of MARCAP and Finlabo Investments SICAV S.A. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Macerata. |

She began her career at the Latin American branch of Old Mutual Group, where she worked for five years as an economic specialist, leading investment solutions projects and serving as the company's official spokesperson on economic affairs. |

Guido Grandinetti is Head of Business Development at Finlabo SIM. A registered Financial Advisor and a graduate in Law, he earned an MBA from ISDA – Istituto Superiore di Direzione Aziendale in Rome. He has extensive executive experience as a General Manager, with a strong focus on commercial strategy and business development. He has worked for Alitalia and several other major companies, gaining extensive experience both in Italy and internationally. He joined the Finlabo team in 2022. |
